  • We ship internationally! So dogs and humans worldwide can enjoy the comfort en pleasure of bandito pups.
  • The time needed to make and post your own handmade bandito pup order is 2 to 5 working days.
  • We use PostNL to send all your packages.
  • We ship from the Netherlands. All shippings will be send with track and trace.
  • Shipping costs depend on the country where you live and the weight of your order. We always try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.

  • Custom fees are not included in the shipping price. It depends on your country if you have to pay any. We are not responsible for any unexpected costs due to custom fees.
  • Delivery time depends on your location. The estimated time for the following locations is:
    • Europe: 2 – 6 working days.
    • North America: 5 – 15 working days.
    • South America: 5 – 15 working days.
    • Australia, New Zealand, Oceania: 5 – 15 working days.
    • Asia: 5 – 15 Working days.
  • We are not responsible for any delay in shipping time caused by customs checks. This process is beyond our control. It can take up to 6 weeks to deliver your order if your package is hold up by customs.

RETURNING POLICY

  • We do take returns but there are some rules so please read them carefully.
  • We don’t take back custom made orders or items purchased in sale.
  • If you return an item it must be hair free, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Labels must still be attached.
  • Returning Proces:
    1. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery of your order and explain us why you want to return your order.
    2. We tell you where you can send your item to.
    3. Please send us your item. We are not responsible for the shipping costs made when you are returning an item and original shipping costs can not be refunded.
  • If the reason for return is our fault all costs will be covered.
  • If you are returning items with a value over 75 we recommend you use a traceable shipping service our purchase a shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items getting lost.
  • Refund Procces:
    1. When your returned item arrives we will check if it meets our return policy. You will be contacted to inform you if everything is ok or not.
    2. If everything is ok we will deposit your money back within 5 – to 15 working days.

  • We don’t make exchanges. Our items are handmade which means they are unique. Due to our mix and match concept they are one of a kind and made made on order, according to your preferences.
